On 22 February 2024, to mark the second anniversary of the full-scale invasion, at the invitation of the Piletsky Institute, the Lemkin Centre, Iryna Dovhan and Liudmyla Huseinova took part in the conference "Presentation of the Lemkin Centre's report on the sexual violence of the Russian occupation forces against Ukrainian women".

Report on documenting the crimes of the Russian Federation and the CRSV in Russia's war against Ukraine "Whether you like it, or not, suffer, my beauty" - unpunished crimes.

- Ukraine must win on military issues, issues of memory and justice - we must do everything possible to make it happen," said Director Magdalena Gawin at the presentation of the latest report by the Lemkin Centre on the violence of the Russian occupation forces against Ukrainian women. At the presentation at the PAP press centre, the audience had the opportunity to hear from the authors of the report, Lemkin Centre staff: journalist Monika Andrushevska, documentalists Iryna Dovhan and Viktoria Godik, as well as Ukrainian women activists who witnessed Russian crimes: Tetiana Tipakova and Liudmyla Huseinova.

- Let's remember that by collecting such testimonies, we are really fighting against bandits and war criminals - and they are afraid of this," concluded Professor Gavin.

The Lemkin Centre's report includes testimonies from 60 witnesses collected between April 2022 and February 2024. The report is written in Polish and Ukrainian.
