⁉️ What is SGBV? Why does the topic of sexual violence become relevant in times of war? How to talk to victims? What ethical and legal aspects should be taken into account and why journalists need to take care of their own mental health?
Тhe topic of covering conflict-related sexual violence is very painful, difficult and, unfortunately, relevant. And CRSV is not just about rape.

The training participants are helped to understand this by Liudmyla Huseinova, human rights activist, citizen journalist, former political prisoner, communications director of SEMA Ukraine, winner of the National Human Rights Award; Lina Kushch, first secretary of the National Union of Journalists, co-chair of the European Federation of Journalists' expert group on gender equality and diversity; Iryna Morgun, family and business lawyer, expert on domestic and sexual violence.

The training for journalists on proper reporting of conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) is conducted by the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine with the support of the Dr. Denis Mukwege Foundation.
